ISWA Policies

Refunds for mistaken/accidental membership registrations will be given if cancelled within 48 hours of initial registration.
 

Refunds for event registrations will be given if cancelled prior to 3 weeks before the event starts.
 

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will be considered on a case by case basis by contacting ISWA.
 

For all refunds: the total amount refunded may be reduced in the amount of costs incurred by the organization, such as credit card processing fees.
